PREPARATION:
1. 2 packet white pepper spice.
2. 1 kg chicken into preferred size.
3. 1800ml (8 rice bowl) of water.
4. 2 purchase whole garlic, salt, and MSG.
COOKING METHOD:
Add Spices Packed (Don’t Open the Spices Pack), Chicken and Garlic into boiling water.Then let it cook for another 45 minutes over low heat.4 – 5 person serve.
