INGREDIENTS:
Cooking Oil, Garlic, Sugar, Dried Chili,Anchovies, Dried Shrimps, Concentrated Chicken Stock, Shallot, Chicken Seasoning Powder, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Acidity Regulator (E325), Salt, Preservative (E211).

COOKING MATERIALS:
MASFOOD Paste for cooking Mee Siam 1 pack, Bihoon 350g, Clean Water 450ml, Egg 2 nos, Tofu 2 pieces, Chicken Meat 100g.

MATERIALS PREPARATION PROCESS:
1. Soak the bihoon in the water 8 minutes until soft.
2. Warm up the oil fried the beaten eggs to an omelette, then slice the omelette into strips. Fried the tofu until gold brown color and slice into strips.
3. Use the clean water to cook the chicken meat. Then slice the cooked chicken meat into strips and keep the soup aside.
