INGREDIENTS:
Cooking Oil, Anchovies, Turmeric Powder, Sugar, Shallot, Acidity Regulator (E325), Salt, Chicken Seasoning Powder, Dried Shrimps, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Garlic, Preservative (E211).

PREPARATION:
MASFOOD Paste for cooking Lontong Kuah 1 packet, Coconut Milk 300ml, Water 1200ml, Cabbage, Dried Bean Curd, Bean Curd, Carrot, Suhoon, Tempe, Long Bean, Jicama, quantity of materials depending on your favorite.

COOKING INSTRUCTION:
1. Warm up the pan, fried the bean curd and tempe with oil 3 minutes then keep at beside.
2. Cook clean water, coconut milk and MASFOOD Instant Paste for cooking Lontong Kuah in a pan until boiling. Add in the other materials and cook 15 minutes until cooked. Served with hot.
