INGREDIENTS:
Cooking Oil, Ginger, Concentrated Chicken Stock, Soto Spice Powder, Kurma Spice Powder, Shallot, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Chicken Seasoning Powder, Acidity Regulator (E325), Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E211).

PREPARATION:
MASFOOD Paste for cooking Chicken Soto 1 pack, Chicken Meat 500g, Lemon- grass 2 nos, Bihoon 500g, Bean Sprout 100g, Clean Water 2000ml.

COOKING INSTRUCTION:
1. Soak the bihoon in water for 8 minutes until soft.
2. Cook the MASFOOD Paste for cooking Soto Ayam clean water and lemon- grass in the pot until boiling. Add in chicken meat, use medium fire to cook for 15 minutes.
3. Take the cooked chicken meat out and cut it into shredded chicken meat.
4. Then add in the shredded chicken meat, bihoon and tauge into the soup cook 3 minutes. Served it hot.
